Check it out: two posts in less than twelve hours! Hooray me!

Stopped at the Wal-Mart this morning. We needed a few things. Since you may be wondering exactly what was needed at the ol' homestead, here's a list:

Coffee Creamer (the powdery type.)

Half-and-half (I've stopped adding sugar to my coffee, so I prefer the liquidy goodness of half-and-half.)

Kleenex (I'm tired of blowing my nose on TP, dammit.)

Fruit (Plums were the choice of the day at only 99 cents a pound.)

I don't like Wal-Mart in principle, but it's hard to argue with a place that's open at 7:15 in the morning, which happens to be the time I'm allowed to leave work. I never go during the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., however. Much too crowded with "Wal-Mart shoppers", and those people tend to frighten me.

Been kinda keeping up with the Kansas City Royals ever since Dayton Moore became general manager. Does anyone know of some good Royals blogs they'd like to suggest? Anyone?
